The health and well-being of children, staff, and families is SIDC's number one priority. SIDC is exceeding the recommended COVID-19 safety guidance to ensure a safe place for your child:

  • Extremely low classroom sizes to encourage physical distancing

  • Touch-less check-in/out and communication with teachers

  • Limited access to the building

  • Lessons for children on physical distancing and hygiene

  • Commitment from the whole community to follow health guidance - we are in this together!

The first years of life are filled with wondrous adventures and challenges for both children and parents. SIDC is a premier Child Care Center and resource in downtown Seattle providing childcare for infant, toddler, preschooler, and pre-kindergarten ages.

Our teachers and caregivers provide all-day care in an atmosphere where children are respected and valued as unique individuals. They are sensitive to each child’s needs and rate of development, ultimately enhancing the children’s self-esteem and positive feelings towards learning.
